Hi my name is Emily Bubbus and I am thrilled to even be considered for this opportunity. This would be my first serious show that I have ever done. I am a creator of fluid art. I love my husband, Fred my dog, creating, singing, and people! I have always been a creative but I feel like I really stepped into my niche about 2 years ago. The first time I tried an acrylic pour I immediately wanted to do it again. Since then, I have searched, learned, and tried many other pouring techniques. As I began to dive deeper into pouring I learned about other types of fluid art and I fell in love with alcohol ink. The way it moves, the colors and how they mix together, how different elements react to one another, etc.
My fluid art is mainly split into two main categories. I have alcohol ink art and acrylic pouring. These art forms have absolutely captured my heart. I began to realize this passion as I continued to spend more time on it and as I brought other people into it. I would show and discuss my art with them and it brought so much joy and inspired them to want to create aswell. This is also part of the dream; not only to make beautiful art and enjoy it with others, but also to see others desire to create. I truly believe that every person has more creativity in their bones then they think and I desire to inspire that into motion. God has given me this passion and I do not intend to give up on it. Since it began, dreams of what it could turn into have flourished in my head. I hope to finally see some of it come to fruition at the little craft show.
With this show I would like to bring my originals and also art prints of my alcohol ink artwork. I will have some original acrylic pours on canvas and I will also bring original alcohol ink art on yupo paper. Fluid art is so incredible to me because in some ways I see them like clouds. The beauty that you see in it is the beauty that it. I hope to be a part of this amazing show
