HannaH GUMBO

Hannah Gumbo is an artist/illustrator working from her home studio in the Cajun prairies of rural Louisiana. In 2012, she received her BFA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a concentration in painting & printmaking. Since then, her work has evolved to include a combination of analog and digital tools that come together to produce a fun & colorful voice that’s all her own. Most weeks, you can find her multi-tasking between work that includes: freelance assignments & commissions, items for her online shop, ‘passion projects’, & mixed media workshops with K-5th students in Louisiana’s TAP (Teaching Artists Program) program. She gathers inspiration from traveling, exploring locally, thrifting her heart out, & just about anywhere there’s a little sparkle.

HISTORY

The Little Craft Show was founded in 2011 as a fun, “little” event for us to sell our handmade products with our closest friends. We had a small venue, a handful of crafty friends, and a few extra spaces to fill. The response was amazing. TLCS is now Arkansas’ most talked about indie craft show that's celebrated for our refreshing atmosphere, enthusiastic vendors, and high quality handmade goods. We were even ranked as one of the top EIGHT craft shows in the nation by Country Living Magazine.
