Do you have an excellent idea for a workshop or class that you’ve been dreaming about teaching? We’re currently seeking creative entrepreneurs to help us build our growing line up of workshops. No matter how wild or simple your ideas might be, we want to hear them!
How do I know if my idea is a good fit?
We have hosted jewelry making, cookie-decorating, felting, calligraphy and more! We are open to just about every medium including a hands-on and informative “lecture” series if you have an engaging topic that’s relevant to our craft show patrons and vendors.
Where do the classes take place?
All of our classes are hosted at The Hatchery, 509 Success Avenue, in Downtown Springdale.
Do I need previous teaching experience?
Absolutely not! If you’re knowledgable on a certain topic and are passionate about your trade then we’d love to hear from you.
Do the workshop instructors get paid?
You betcha! We WANT you to get paid for teaching your craft. Partnering with The Little Craft Show on your workshop means that we request 20% of your class fees to cover our administrative costs, online sales, marketing, and studio fees. We let you keep the rest!
How long are the classes?
Each class varies depending on the topic, but generally our classes last around an hour or two. Multiple days or extended hours are always an option, too.
What do I need to provide for my class?
We require each of our instructors to purchase and provide all of the required materials for their class and each of the attendees. Although it’s not required, we do encourage our instructors to provide a light snack and drinks depending on the length of the class. We will provide the open studio space (indoors or outdoors available), electricity, chairs, and tables.
